Sim Logistics was founded by me in 2014 and I am active as MD and logistics consultant in the company. After several years of employment as purchasing manager and then logistics consultant, I was looking forward to starting my own consulting company, something I have not regretted since.
My core competence is in the areas of analysis, dimensioning, design and evaluation of internal logistics solutions. I have many years of experience helping customers to a more efficient internal logistics by conducting pre studies and analysis of business data, 3D visualization and flow simulation of layouts, process mapping and modeling and also ROI analysis.
I always strive for an including and value-adding collaboration with you as a customer as well as a creative and flexible approach to meet your challenges.
With the help of advanced analysis and simulation tools, logistic skills, analytical ability and experience from a large number of assignments, I think the probability is high that I can help you too.
